Product Warranty

Epic Ride Research guarantees our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. During the one year warranty period, Epic Ride Research will repair or replace, at its option, the defective part of the product at no additional charge. In some cases, Epic Ride Research will exchange a new, comparable product in exchange for the warranty product, at Epic Ride Research's discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care or cleaning, or negligence. If the warranty claim is determined to be valid, the product will be replaced within 10-15 business days after receipt.

We will respond to your e-mail or phone call with warranty return process information, including shipping instructions. Return shipments must be pre-paid and insured. Epic Ride Research cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. When the repaired or replaced product is shipped back to you, it will be at Epic Ride Research's expense and shipped by Epic Ride's preferred carrier.
